A native of Santa Rosa, California, Sebastian Dorn was diagnosed with autism at age 3, around the same time he started drawing. Then at age 10, he and his family moved down to Orange County, California, where he is now pursuing his dream of being a cartoonist and animator.

He then finally conceived an idea of what would later become the TurboFox comic book series, in which its first issue premiered in September 2022, at a library comic convention in Orange. From then on, he kept pursuing his vision for the TurboFox comic series by making more issues.
